Yes. The filtered water provided in guest rooms is safe for drinking. This is part of The Ridge’s sustainability initiative to reduce single-use plastic bottles.

The standard electrical supply in Singapore is 230 volts AC. Guest rooms at The Ridge are equipped with universal power socket outlets, suitable for most international plugs.

Yes. The Ridge is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas. A cleaning fee of $300.00SGD will be imposed if evidence of smoking is found.

Yes. Regular housekeeping services are provided. In line with our sustainability commitment, linen and towel changes follow an eco-friendly schedule, with additional services available upon request.

Yes. The Ridge offers accessible rooms and step-free access within the property. Please inform us of your requirements in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.

Yes, the hotel has connecting rooms which are subject to availability.

Extra beds are not available at The Ridge. Our rooms are designed to accommodate the maximum occupancy as indicated at the time of booking.

Baby cots are available subject to availability. Guests are kindly advised to inform us in advance during the reservation process or prior to arrival. There is no additional charge for the use of a baby cot.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning services are available for all in-house guests. Please note that there will be applicable charges. All rooms will have a laundry bag and a copy of the laundry charges for your information and usage.  

1. Please drop your laundry off, along with your completed Laundry and Drycleaning List, at the Front Desk. (Regular Service: All garments/ articles picked- up or collected before 11:00 AM will be returned the next day before 12:00 PM | Express Service: Garments / articles picked- up or collected before 11:00 AM will be returned by the evening 8:00 PM of the same day)
2. A text message will be sent to your mobile phone when your laundry is ready for collection.
3. Payment by cash or credit card should be made upon collection of your laundry at our Front Desk.
